Return Policy
We strive to make your return process as seamless as possible. To initiate a return, please use our request return feature to select the items you wish to return. We’ll then send you a return authorization via email at support@sawtoothsupplies.com. Alternatively, you can reach us at 307-222-6334 for assistance.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product (excluding machinery) for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund within 7 business days, provided the item is unused. To process your return, please ensure the following items are included:
- Original packaging (including boxes, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, and plastic bags)
- Original UPC barcode (removal voids the return eligibility)
- Original packing slip
- All accessories (cords, carrying cases, transformers, remote controls, batteries, assembly tools, etc.)
- Manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration info, and other documentation
Defective Merchandise (Return Authorization Required): If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of shipment. We will exchange the defective item for a replacement or issue a refund upon its return. We will also cover your original ground shipping costs.
Non-Defective Merchandise (Return Authorization Required): If you wish to return a non-defective item within 30 days of shipment, we will process your request and apply any return costs and a restocking fee. Refunds for non-defective items may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price, and you will be responsible for all original and return shipping costs.
